Industry: SRAM Eagle XX1 1x12

SRAM EAGLE 1x12 in either XX or XO

This spring SRAM introduced their first 12 speed mountain group called SRAM Eagle. I have yet to jump on the 1x bandwagon but I do currently have my MTB setup with SRAM XX group. SRAM has yet to disappoint for me on either Road or Mountain. I am usually a generation or two behind on my own personal bikes as I am currently running 10 speed on my setups.

How far will we be able to go with a cassette? What will Shimano's or others response be? Either way it is interesting to see a US company push the boundaries. Time will tell if it is really the end of Front Derailleurs. I am still holding onto mine.
